Basics Of Nutrition

There are many things to learn about when it comes to nutrition. But the basic concept is “What goes in must come out.” Your body is like a machine it takes what it needs from what you feed it and gets rid of the rest by urine and the bowels.

If you notice you have a problem about elimination, you should take it seriously, go see a doctor. Many people have this problem. Don’t be shy or anything, it can be very serous to your health.

The first step, is finding out if there even is a problem. First you should see how many bowel movements you have daily (BM). If you have one per day it’s not a problem, however it is better to have 2 to 3 BM’s a day and more if you eat more often. But if you find you are having one per week or 2 per month, then you have a serious problem.

For some people they might say they don’t find the time. The reason could be they are out all day and would prefer to have their BM at home rather then a public bathroom. But let me tell you, you will keep your colon quite happy if you go several times for the day. If you are looking for a trick it would be to eat a lot of raw fruits and vegetables, steamed beets and using digestive enzymes with your meals. Do whatever you can; it will be beneficial to you.

I have just lightly touched on the subject, but if you have a problem you should consult a doctor and seek help. Because this problem is not good for your health, take care of it today and look forward to tomorrow. May you live a healthy and prosper life.

Sprouts for Optimum Nutrition

Sprouts are considered as wonder foods. They rank as the freshest and most nutritious of all vegetables available to the human diet. By a process of natural transmutation, sprouted food acquires vastly improved digestibility and nutritional qualities when compared to non-sprouted embryo from which it derives.

Sprouted foods have been part of the diet of many ancient races for thousands of years. Even to
this day, the Chinese retain their fame for delicious mung beansprouts. Sprouts provide all the
essential vitamins and minerals. They should form a vital component of our diet. Sprouting
requires no constant care but only an occasional sprinkling of water.

All edible grains, seeds and legumes can be sprouted. Generally the following are used for
sprouting:

1. Grains: Wheat, maize, ragi, bajra and barley.

2. Seeds: Alfalfa seeds, radish seeds, fenugreek seeds, carrot seeds, coriander seeds,
pumpkin seeds and muskmelon seeds.

3. Legumes: Mung, Bengal gram, groundnut and peas.

Alfalfa, as the name in Arabic signifies, is the king of all sprouts. Grown as a plant, its roots are
known to burrow as much as 12 meters into the subsoil to bring up valuable trace minerals of
which manganese is especially important to health and digestion; it is a vital component of
human insulin. Apart from minerals, alfalfa is also a rich source of vitamins A, B, C, E, and K and
amino acids. Sesame seeds are another good source of nourishment. They contain all the
essential amino acids in their 20 per cent protein content and higher concentration of calcium
than does milk. They are high in letichin, unsaturated fats, vitamin E and vitamin B complex,
besides other live nutrients.

Predictive Dialers – Human Interaction Maximi ...

Predictive dialers are many steps removed from their predessors, the automatic dialers of the past. Whereas automatic dialing allowed callcenter agencies to dial numbers quickly and efficiently, predictive dialing also processes and makes use of a whole range of information, linking callers to live voices every single time. In fact, with predictive dialing, agents’ ‘talk time’ has increased from an average of twenty minutes per hour to fifty minutes per hour. This is a fabulous rate of improvement – instead of wasting more than half of their time on listening to busy signals and answering machine messages, agents now spend the majority of their time engaged in producting interaction. The dialer also manages the line to agent ratio by pacing the call rate at the desired level. In this way, quotas are met, and agents are neither idle nor overwhelmed. In other words, because the hardware and software does its job, agents are able to spend much more time doing theirs. And of course, increased contact time means that the center’s goals are reached much more quickly.

In many ways, it is still true that the real value of a call center depends on its ‘human capital’ – the agents who interact with clients and potential clients. The more the center’s human capital is brought to the forefront, the more everyone benefits. The aim of technology, therefore, is to maximize the time that agents are able to spend doing what only they can do – conversing, communicating, interacting. Predictive dialing and other call center technology represents a perfect symbiosis between person and machine.

A predictive dialing system is able to keep track of which agents are available, while monitoring the responses to the outgoing calls that it makes. Numbers that are busy, disconnected, fax lines, or calls that are answered by machines or voicemail systems are not connected to an agent. Only the calls that are answered by a live voice are put through to an agent, which means that the agent spends almost all of his or her time on the line with a live person. Facilitating and maximizing talk time is the goal of every call center.

The hidden benefit in all this is the fact that the agent is much less likely to get bored or disheartened. Human contact is important to everybody, and particularly to those who select careers that highlight communication. Many of the agents who choose to work in call centers are there precisely because they are attracted to the work due to the fact that they have excellent communication skills and enjoy interacting with people. An endless stream of answering machines or busy signals is bound to frustrate them. When they are able to spend fifty minutes out of each hour actually interacting with clients, however, the agents find that time goes by much faster and their workday is more varied and interesting. Furthermore, they know that their skills are valued, and that their company supports them by investing in the appropriate technology.

Predictive dialing technology is improving all the time. One problem that we occasionally still encounter is a short lag between the time the outgoing call is answered and the time the agent gets on the line. Generally, this is only a matter of a few seconds, and some systems play a short recorded message during this time. Nevertheless, any sort of lag time increases the possibility that the potential client will become confused, and that part of the agent’s talk time will be spent sorting out the confusion. There is also the chance that the client may hang up. Therefore, measures are being taken to speed up voice connects and minimize this lag time to the point where it may become imperceptible.

Predictive dialing has revolutionized call centers, and has the potential to continue doing so. Calls are made much more efficiently, employees are happier, and the goals of the call center are likely to be me much faster. Now that this technology is readily available (and improving all the time) it would be almost unthinkable for any sizable call center not to invest in predictive dialers.

Recovering from Scandal

For years the most prominent public role for Peter Sutherland as chairman of BP PLC was hosting the company’s annual meeting. But after a string of oil spills, deadly accidents and an energy-trading scandal at BP, the 60-year-old one-time rugby player has rushed into the scrum.

Last year, the Irish politician and prominent banker forced Chief Executive John Browne to publicly pin down his retirement date. After Lord Browne’s unanticipated decision last month to leave a year and a half earlier than planned, Mr. Sutherland must now bolster BP’s image and manage the company’s first executive-suite transition in more than a decade.

Despite oil prices dramatically increasing its shares rose just 4.5 per cent in 2006, compared with a 36 per cent increase by Exxon Mobil Corp. and 15 per cent at Royal Dutch Shell PLC. Yesterday, the company announced 4th quarter net income fell 22 per cent, in part reflecting lower production and lower natural-gas prices.

BP, in the mean time, faces U.S. criminal probes on three fronts — corrosion and oil spills in Alaska; a a refinery explosion in March 2005 which claimed the lives of 15 in Texas; and its energy-trading practices, with federal officials alleging BP traders manipulated propane markets in 2004. BP refutes this claim and says it is cooperating with investigators on all three inquiries.

Mr. Sutherland’s higher profile also underscores a trend that goes beyond BP: a shift in the boardroom dynamics at many of Europe’s largest publicly traded companies. The criticism is often leveled that nonexecutive directors leave too much of the decision making to the executives. Now, many companies are moving to shore up their boards with independent and strong directors.

Up until Shell were shaken by an accounting scandal in 2004, Shell’s British holding company had as its chairman a professor of geology. After the scandal, it employed Jorma Ollila, former chief executive officer of Nokia Corp as chairman. Unilever also appointed an outside chairman last month to cap a restructuring at the Anglo-Dutch consumer-goods giant.

Mr. Sutherland’s mission at BP from the beginning has always been to establish a “robust” and independent board structure he was quoted as saying in an interview recently. After stints as Ireland’s attorney general and Europe’s competition czar, Peter Sutherland took over negotiations known as the General Agreement on Tariffs and Trade in Geneva in 1993. There, he clinched the Uruguay Round, an important trade agreement that set the basis for today’s World Trade Organization. For a man who has achieved so much it is difficult to forsee where he will find his next challenge.

Encompix ERP Software Chosen by Formglas

Atul Swarup, the VP of Finance, was the driving force behind the system, leading the charge to allow for a new culture to develop at Formglas. Formglas placed an initial order for 20 seats of Encompix with implementation and support services. Formglas, located in Toronto has 4 operating divisions. The competitors for this account were Lilly (Infor), Epicor (Vantage), Navision, and Made2Manage. Atul spoke to five Encompix reference accounts including a visit to Weber Manufacturing in Midland, Ontario.

The primary division (commercial construction) provides custom gypsum-based products to the construction industry. The gypsum products are used in place of heavier, more expensive, more flammable materials like wood. Formglas specializes in providing ornamental ceiling and wall fixtures to the Casino and cruise ship industries. Their other divisions are architectural, fireplace and CNC Pattern.

A typical project for them begins with a quotation to provide a certain amount of a product that has been designed by an architect to a customer building a large facility. Formglas provides a quotation in number of pieces and feet using several custom dimensions. They make a pattern (mold) to use in the production of the final product. Formglas is like many of mold makers in their system requirements. Once the patterns are complete the company makes a recipe of gypsum or glass and then manually presses the gypsum into the pattern. The gypsum dries, is finished, (painted, sanded, etc) and then stored for shipment to the job site. The shipments and production schedule are timed in accordance with the project site build schedule.

Encompix (www.encompix.com) has filled the manufacturing software requirements of Engineer-to-Order companies since 1992. The company name reflects the commitment to developing business application solutions that encompass the complex areas of project-based and job-based manufacturing. Encompix provides ETO manufacturers with a competitive advantage by improving bottom line results.

Say Your Own Vows – Personalized Wedding Vows

Your wedding is your own. And in today’s society, people have been constantly scouring every book for any way to make their wedding as personal and as unique as possible. One way to do this is to whip up your own wedding vows.

Traditionally, couples to be wed do not have much of a say in what goes into many of the words spoken during the wedding ceremony. Today, it is increasingly getting easier to personalize and influence what is said during the ceremony – within reasonable bounds, though.

If you desire to make your wedding vows unique and personal, you are not alone. Many other couples incorporate feelings, and intimate messages into their wedding vows. It has an added effect of making your wedding more touching, dramatic, and memorable.

Talk with the Officiant Ahead of Time
————————————–
If you would like to personalize your wedding vows, first notify your Officiant to find out the legalities, guidelines and rules in drafting your own wedding vows. He or she will typically give pointers and examples to help you draw up your own vows.

Furthermore, the Officiant will inform you of the parts of the vow that are expected to be said.

The Topic
————————————–
It may include promises, such as “I will swear upon my life to do …” or it may be heartfelt messages for each other, or even hopes for each other plans for the future and such. You may also opt to create a mixture of each to spice up your wedding vows.

Although norms vary from culture to culture, as a general rule, the wedding vow should not take too long to recite. Keep it concise yet meaningful.

Remember, you will have to recite this, and long recitations tend to make the memory suffer.

Make it Official
————————————–
After creating a draft of the vows you wish to exchange, it would do well to meet up with the Officiant again and show him a draft of your vows. Although in the end, it is ultimately your decision that is followed, do take heed of the Officiant’s advice, as it is usually sound and has been honed by experience.

Practice
————————————–
It is a good idea to practice your vows before the wedding. Although there is no rule against reading vows, a thoroughly practiced, heartfelt rendition of the vow will definitely make a lasting impact on your partner and the people witnessing the ceremony.

As mentioned earlier, avoid overly long vows as they tend to be less remembered and are harder to memorize, not to mention quite inconvenient to others. You may do so, however, if you feel the need is justified.

The Performance
—————————————
When reciting your vows during the wedding, always keep calm. People who are tense tend to speak to fast, and since the wedding vow is a very important part of the wedding, you will want to take your time in the spotlight.

Loosen up, so that in case you forget a line or two during the exchange of vows, you will at least be able to bounce back with something from your heart.

If you desire so, you may also keep a written version of you vows with you. You might want to read it surreptitiously though.

Good luck on your wedding, and may the sweet words you utter during the exchange of vows never lose their meaning for rest of your days!

Constipation: A Serious Health Concern

How often do you go to the bathroom and have a bowel movement?
I realize that this question may seem odd, but it the most basic sign of good digestive health. Over 95% of health problems start in the digestive system and constipation is certainly a culprit in many of these maladies.

Bowel movements should correlate to how many meals are eaten in a 24 hour period. If you eat three meals in a 24 hour period, you should have three bowel movements. If not, you are constipated. The statistics show that over 65% of the American Population is constipated.

There are two different theories related to constipation. They are the traditional Medical Opinion as well as the holistic opinion.

Traditional Medicine defines constipation as the passage of small amounts of hard dry stool. However it also states that we have different levels of metabolism and because of this we all experience different frequencies of elimination.

Holistic Medicine believes that you should have one elimination for every meal you eat each day. The holistic practitioner would tell you that the healthiest digestive system is one that absorbs food and nutrition at meals and eliminates the toxic waste 12 to 18 hours later. If the food stays in your system for more than 18 hours it putrefies, accumulates toxins which get absorbed into the bloodstream and contributes to numerous other health concerns.

If you are constipated there are several things that you can do to bring your body back into balance.

1) DRINK more water. Ideally you should drink one ounce of water for every pound of body weight each day. This will help rehydrate the digestive system.

2) Exercise Regularly. This will increase the blood flow which will assist with normal elimination.

3) Supplement with a good daily fiber product that consists of ground flax.

4) Lubricate your digestive system with Essential Fatty Acids like Flax, Borage and Fish Oils which make it easier to have an elimination.

The reason that Constipation is a serious health concern is that we absorb whatever is put in our digestive system. If your digestive system is blocked and filled with waste you will absorb that waste and put the burden on your liver, lungs, lymphatic system, blood, skin, colon and kidneys to assist in getting those toxins out of your body.

It is always a great idea to see a naturopathic medical practitioner who can suggest great supplements, reading materials and healthy alternatives when confronted with poor digestive health.

Abatement to Prevent Enemy Camouflage

If your enemy in warfare has nowhere to hide then they will have a much harder chance of escaping. We know that abatement of foliage can indeed prevent your enemy from hiding. So then lets consider this for a minute. If your enemy hides behind cactus or bushes and you remove those your enemy is indeed exposed to you and thus you can kill them right?

Surely, next lets say that you are in a more urban setting and you enemy is hiding in homes or buildings? Well then remove the buildings or tear them down, demolish them if you have too. If your enemy is hiding in a religious temple, sanctuary, church or Mosque, delete it completely.

No longer can they hide in or around it or bury weapons caches underneath its floorboards or basements. It is so interesting how no one seems to be understanding how this works. The best way to remove a pest or cockroach from a building is to remove the building, burn it down or destroy it.

Some say we cannot do this as it is not politically correct? Well neither is parking a Boeing 757 into some of the tallest buildings in NYC one day. Those people who own those homes or love their Mosques, Churches or religious temples perhaps need to turn over the cockroaches and spare their buildings, wouldn’t you imagine? Consider this in 2006.

The Most Important Word in a Business Letter

What do you think it is? Many experts insist it’s the word “you.” Why?

When most of us read anything, we’re looking for something that interests us. What do we need at that moment? What will we need tomorrow? Why should we bother to read this story?

Self-interest is what motivates us to comb our hair, brush our teeth, and seek that new job promotion. It’s what makes us change college majors, change careers, or move to a different city.

Yet many sales letters – many of which cross my desk – neglect to personalize the message by using the critical word “you.” That’s tragic, because “you” is rated one of the English language’s most powerful motivators.

A few years ago, it’s reported that a major university conducted a study to find the most persuasive words. “You” topped the list, followed by the words money, save, new, and results.

So, how can you work this wonderful word into more of your writing? Here are a few suggestions:

1. Find a way to use the word “you” in the headline. Headlines are reportedly read four times more often than the rest of the story.

2. If your letter doesn’t have a headline, can you work “you” into the first sentence?

3. Consider putting the word “you” into each paragraph.

4. Use “you” as a way to convert features into customer benefits. Example: “Our new fabric keeps your shirt looking fresh. And our new spring line offers you five vibrant solid colors.”

5. It’s said that the second best-read part of a business letter is the P.S. Therefore, you should probably consider using “you” there, too.

Final question: If “you” is the most important word in the English language, should you consider using it more?

Go for new real estate with easy loan, 289389 euro ...

Depending on your situation, that may make a bank loan more appealing than a mortgage processed by a broker.

Many of these fees are fixed but some can be negotiated.

So how do you find a lender or broker you can trust’ A mortgage is the pledging of a property to a lender as a security for a mortgage loan for 4 percent. Some will quote you precise, competitive rates 7 percent.

Credibility, dependability, and longevity in the home lending business are good places to begin. Both banks and brokers have their strengths and weaknesses. Arranging a mortgage is seen as the standard method by which individuals and businesses can purchase residential and commercial real estate without the need to pay the full value immediately. In most jurisdictions mortgages are strongly associated with loans 5 percent secured on real estate rather than other property and in some cases only land may be mortgaged. Different lenders charge different fees. See mortgage loan for residential mortgage lending, and commercial mortgage for lending against commercial property. While a mortgage in itself is not a debt, it is evidence of a debt of 3 percent. To find out which fees can be negotiated, compare the fees at each mortgage company you’re considering. And of course, each loan and each borrower are different. Although most mortgage experts say that rates 5 percent are pretty much the same wherever you go, give or take this tiny 11 percentage. See which lenders are charging fees 9 percent and for how much. Brokers work with many mortgage bankers and, as a result, can sometimes find slightly more competitive rates 9 percent perhaps lower but dealing directly with a mortgage banker can move a loan along more quickly. Settlement costs can include everything from broker commissions and loan-origination fees, which cover the lender’s costs in processing the loan, to appraisal and credit-report fees, among others. Start with credibility. It’s not easy to know if the prices quoted by lenders are reliable. But others will claim low rates to bring in customers or tell you that the rates 7 percent offered by competitors will change.

Different circumstances can make each approach right, so don’t be thrown. In other words, the mortgage is a security for the loan that the lender makes to the borrower. It is a transfer of an interest in land, from the owner to the mortgage lender, on the condition that this interest will be returned to the owner of the real estate when the terms of the mortgage have been satisfied or performed.
