Touring Australia, traveling from Sydney to Melbourne on the coast line was one the most superb experiences I have gone through. There was beautiful scenery, loads of things to do and friendly Australian people.

With plenty of car rental sydney and car rental Melbourne options along the coast, renting a car is the easiest way to make your way around. Car rental companies are more than willing to help you arrange the tour of your dreams. Car agencies are constantly extending promotions and deals. I managed to secure a fantastic one way special to Melbourne at a car rental in Sydney.

I embarked on my journey by heading south from Sydney through the Royal National Park. The Grand Pacific Drive is exciting. There are plenty of coastal villages on the way and I enjoyed exploring and spending some time there. I also spent a a couple of hours taking up the bustling city of Wollongong before heading to Jervis Bay.

I took a cruise the next morning to see the dolphins that Jervis Bay is renowned for. The picturesque white sand beaches made it difficult to leave. Further south I managed to buy some great, high quality craft items in the historic villages of Central Tilba and Tilba Tilba.

I swam in the lagoon at Mimosa Rocks National Park and then drove a little further stopping to watch surfers at Tathra Beach. That evening I lodged in the stylish village of Metung and had a tremendous seafood platter in one of the lakeside restaurants.

Wilsons Promontory National Park is home to amazing scenery and an abundance of wildlife such as emus, wombats and kangaroos. I spent an entire day hiking through eucalypt forests, exploring beaches and coves and climbing on granite mountains.

Next stop was Fish Creek, a tiny, eccentric and thriving township with arts and crafts, books and cafes. I drove across the bridge over to Phillip Island, a popular family stop. At Nobbies Centre you can watch the penquins strutting up and down the beach and see one of Australia’s biggest fur seal settlements.

As initially planned, I ended my trip in Melbourne making my last stop at the heritage farm on Churchill Island. Renting a car was a convenient and fun way to do this amazing coastal drive from Sydney to Melbourne. Next time I may get a car rental in Melbourne and do this trip the other direction!

They are also referred to as campgrounds. Many facilities calling themselves “RV parks” also offer tent camping or cabins with limited facilities.

Caravan parks allow not only families but other groups of people as well, to spend a few nights enjoying themselves. It not only provides adventure but also helps family members to spend some quality time together. Caravan parks provide many services and facilities to the people who visit .These services may include provision of drinkable water, sewer connection and entertainment such as Television etc. Facilities may include barbecue area, exercise equipment, gift shops, showers and many more.

Caravan parks are becoming increasingly popular in Australia, Europe, New Zealand as well in North America. The reason being that they are much cheaper than what a hotel would cost and would provide greater and unique experience to the visitors; however this does not mean that all caravan parks are cheap. RV parks can range from facilities with no or limited utility hookups, as often found in state/provincial parks and national parks, to luxury resorts with amenities that rival fine hotels. These parks can be government owned or private enterprises. Some RV parks include the “Good Sam Parks” and the “Kampgrounds of America (KOA)” in USA.

Known for their good quality and special designs, Sprayway has an amazing array of tents to choose from.

Valley 8 Tent 2008 is a specially crafted tent, which comes with a seam-shield mechanism that keeps the tent’s inside safe from harsh weather conditions. This tent weighs almost 53 kg and comes with its own repair kit and trolley bag .It has mesh pockets lining the inside walls of the tent, where you can easily keep your essential items. This tent is mainly aimed at providing the best comfort and flexibility to a camping family.

A relatively new product from Sprayway, Canyon 4+2 comes with an excellent storage provisions. It has six berths and a three-pole tent system. The tent is created from breathable polyester and it is fireproof. It has eight vents, two windows and two doors. One can go for a front extension too, but that needs to be incorporated separately into the tent.

The Canyon 8+2 is a tent that caters to varied needs of campers and gives them the best value for money. Campers can change the size of the rooms to suit their needs and the tent is fire retardant. The berths are separated using zip dividers and the tent even has a wet storage area. This spacious tent also has eight vents close to the ground, making it well ventilated.

Sprayway makes it easy to buy any one of these tents by distributing its products to all good camping stores in the UK, and its website offers detailed specifications of all Sprayway tents.

It's a good idea to write a blog about what you're getting up to when travelling - for looking back on and remembering what you did, while also giving others rare inside view on corners of the world less known.

Worldwide communication is now possible from our homes – and this is mirrored in the plethora of weblogs from backpacker-types around the world writing from the nation they are currently residing in.

From reports about novice monks in Thailand to the gadgets found in Akihabara in Tokyo, there seems to be no topic that isn’t published by these hardy travellers.

These kinds of blogs – often called “travelblogs” – are read by like-minded travelers and people who’ve been to the country they are writing from. Also, travelblogs offer an insight for the individuals considering travelling in the near future, and so give them a snapshot of what to expect if they do resolve to travel.

Now it’s common to chance upon such travelblogs, and so it’s frequently not sufficient to only offer your views on the nation you are presently residing in. Lately there’s a clamour for blogs that target particular niches in the country they live in. For instance, a travelblog regarding photos of buses in Thailand, or maybe a travelblog that details the wedding ceremonies in Laos.

Most write these travelblogs as a hobby, and maybe to attract a readership, but there are writers who make a living from blogging. Be it earnings via adverts on their site, or maybe for writing articles for other websites and being paid to do it (while they travel). If you’re traveling in countries that have a low cost of living, this can pay your way – though you ought to have a reserve of cash and not completely depend on earning from your blog.

Overall, it’s a good idea to write a blog about what you’re getting up to when travelling – for looking back on and remembering what you did, while also giving others rare inside view on corners of the world less known.
